Rock Phosphate - Apatite
Natural Volcanic Rock Phosphate

An environmentally safe, Igneous source of volcanic Rock Phosphate with Calcium and Sulfur

Contains many micro-nutrients and rare earth minerals essential for plant development

Promotes luxurious flowering and fruiting responses

Contains Calcium in the same structure as bones and teeth, thereby promotes easy uptake by plants and animals

Superior to other rock phosphates because it contains little or no clays or sand

Acceptable for Organic use (call OCCP for approval)

Provides a stable source of slow-release phosphate

Major component of a Soil Remediation Program

Product Analysis

Total Phosphate as P2O5 .................30%
Calcium as elemental Ca ..................30%
Sulfur as sulfate (SO4) ..................... 5%

(Analysis may vary per sample)

Phosphate - (Apatite)

* Igneous source formed from Volcanic activity
     -mined in Northern Ontario

* Extremely reactive source of Calcium Phosphate and many micro-nutrients important in plant metabolism

* Stimulates microbial activity and mycorrhizal fungi development
-this is important for mineral digestion and the release of nutrients from the soil for plant uptake

*Excellent source of Re-mineralization
-provides a reactive source of Phosphorous, Calcium
and many micro-nutrients such as Boron, Sulphur, Zinc, Manganese, Iron and Copper
-minerals are made readily available to the plant due to the increased microbial digestion and activity
-minerals will not leach, wash away or evaporate- remain in soil available to plant

*Acts as a Soil Conditioner
-by the addition of Calcium and stimulating an increase in the soil microbial activity
the soil becomes more balanced, nutrient ratios are improved and the soil tilth is increased
-nutrients tied up or salted in the soil are released by microbial digestion

*Aids in Soil Remediation
-Apatite (Calcium Phosphate) is an important source of minerals used
in reducing the levels of Heavy Metals, Aluminum and Magnesium in soils
-also used in remediating soils after fuel spills

*One of the cleanest sources of Phosphorous in the World
     -no heavy metals or radioactivity

*Screened and dried to ensure easy handling

*Available in bulk or tote bags for your convenience
